How do I sign up?

Currently our online shopping portal is for Wine & Design customers online.

If you are a member of Wine & Design, please contact your coordinator for your login information.

 

How do I login? I can’t remember my username.

To have your username emailed to you:

  1. Visit the Forgot Username page (here)
  2. Enter your email address in the “Forgot Username” section
  3. Click “Send Username.” The username associated with the email address provided will be emailed to that address


How do I login? I can’t remember my password.

To have a new randomly-generated password emailed to you:

  1. Visit the Forgot Password page (here)
  2. Enter your username and email address in the “Forgotten Password” section
  3. Click “Reset Password." A random password will be emailed to the address associated with your username.


How do I logout?

To logout of your account:

  • Click “Logout” in the top navigation (here).
  • Items can be saved in the shopping cart for up to 28 days.
  • Your account will automatically be logged out after 120 minutes of inactivity (2 hours).


How do I reset my password?

To reset your password:

  1. Visit Your Account page (here)
  2. Enter your current password in the “Current Password” field
  3. Enter a new password in the “New Password”
  4. Confirm your new password by entering it in the “New Password (confirm)” field
  5. Click “Confirm


How do I update my information or preferences?

To update your information:

  1. Visit Your Account page (here)
  2. Enter or update your information and/or website preferences
  3. Click “Confirm”

Why can't I view pricing without an account?

Our online shopping portal's pricing is specific to Wine & Design members only. Please login to ensure the pricing you see is the best possible pricing available to you based on your account type!


How do I add items to my supply list or watch list?

To add items to a list from any list of products, including product listings, search results, watch list, supply lists, and brand pages:

  1. Enter the quantity of each item you want to order to the far right of the screen
  2. Select the list you want to use next to the “Add to List” button at the bottom of the page
  3. Click “Add to List”


To add items to a list from any individual product page:

  1. Enter the quantity you want to order in the quantity box
  2. Select the list you want to use next to the “Add to List” button at the bottom of the page
  3. Click “Add to List”

Use supply lists to keep track of the art supplies you need. Supply lists can be shared and ordered from, even printed and brought to us at the store. Consider making a “Favorites” list or a “Class Supply” list.
 

To add items to a list from a previous order:

  1. Visit your order history by clicking "Your Orders" (here)
  2. Ensure "Display Items" is checked, or click "View History By Item" (here)
  3. Enter the quantity to the right of the item(s) you'd like to add to your cart
  4. Click "Add to List"
     


How do I change the number of items in my supply list?

To update item quantities items from your supply list:

  1. Visit Your Lists (here)
  2. Select the list you want to edit
  3. Enter the new quantity of the item to the far right
  4. Click “Update” at the bottom of the screen


How do I remove an item from my supply list or watch list?

To remove items from your supply list or watch list:

  1. Visit Your Lists (here)
  2. Select the list you want to edit
  3. Click the checkbox next to each item you want to remove from your order
  4. Click “Update” at the bottom of the screen

How do I add items to my order or shopping cart?

To add items to your cart from any list of products, product listings, search results, watch list, supply lists, and brand pages:

  1. Enter the quantity of each item you want to order to the far right of the screen
  2. Click “Place Item(s) in Cart” at the bottom of the screen
     

To add items to your cart from any individual product page:

  1. Enter the quantity you want to order in the quantity box
  2. Click “Place Item(s) in Cart”
     


How do I add items to my cart from a previous order?

  1. Visit your order history by clicking "Your Orders" (here)
  2. Ensure "Display Items" is checked, or click "View History By Item" (here)
  3. Enter the quantity to the right of the item(s) you'd like to add to your cart
  4. Click "Add to Cart"
     


How do I order an item from my supply list or watch list?

To reorder an item from a list or place an order from your supply list or watch list:

  1. Visit Your Lists (here)
  2. Select the list you want to order from
  3. Click the check box next to each item you want to order now
  4. Click “Add to Cart” at the bottom of the page
  5. Visit the Shopping Cart and place your order as normal


How do I change the number of items in my shopping cart?

How do I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address during the checkout process.

To change your shipping address:

  1. Click “Checkout” at the bottom of the shopping cart page (here)
  2. Select "Manually enter address" at the Address stage of checkout
  3. Enter your new shipping address. All fields are required
  4. Select "Continue" to proceed with checkout


How do I place my order and checkout?

To place your order and checkout:

  1. Visit the Shopping Cart by clicking on the cart in the upper-right corner (here)
  2. Confirm the items and item quantities you want to order

To update item quantities:
· Enter the new quantity of the item to the far right
· Click “Update” at the bottom of the screen

To remove items from your order:
· Click the checkbox next to each item you want to remove from your order
· Click “Update” at the bottom of the screen

  1. Click “Checkout” at the bottom of the page. You'll be given an option to change your shipping address. You’ll be shown the order summary and total, complete with any applicable discounts or promotions

To change your shipping address:
· Select "Manually enter address" at the Address stage of checkout
· Enter your new address information and select "Continue"

  1. To proceed with your order, click “PayPal Checkout.” You may pay as a PayPal guest without a PayPal account
  2. Enter your payment information in the invoice screen
  3. Click “Continue.” You will receive an email confirmation of your order


What are your Store Freight Policies?

Please allow at least 48 hours for your order to be processed.

Please expect additional tracking information in the next 2-4 business days after your order is placed.

We will accommodate your order to the best of our ability, but in most cases, all orders are limited to stock on hand.

  • East of the Mississippi: Our freight fee is only 20% of your shopping cart total.

  • West of the Mississippi: Our freight fee is only 16% of your shoppping cart total.
     

We proudly of FREE FREIGHT for the following qualifying orders:

  • East of the Mississippi: Orders of $500 or more qualify for Free Freight!

    Locations include: Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Missouri 

  • West of the Mississippi: Orders of $700 or more qualify for Free Freight!

    Locations include: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming


Which payment methods are accepted?

Our website accepts all major credit cards and PayPal payments.


I don’t have a PayPal account. How can I pay with my credit card?

To pay for your order without a PayPal account using a credit card:

  1. Visit the Shopping Cart by clicking on the cart in the upper-right corner (here)
  2. Click “Checkout” at the bottom of the page. You’ll be shown the order summary and total, complete with any applicable discounts or promotions
  3. Click “PayPal Checkout.” You may pay as a PayPal guest without a PayPal account
  4. Select “Don't have a PayPal account. Pay as Guest.” near the bottom of the form.
  5. Enter your payment information in the invoice screen
  6. Click “Continue.” You will receive an email confirmation of your order


Can I pay with cash?

For website orders, we do not offer pay-in-store or cash-on-delivery options.

You’re always welcome to bring your supply list and place your order in the store with our friendly staff.

 

I have a coupon code. Can I use it on your website?

At this time, all coupon codes are in-store only.

 

I have a gift card. Can I use it on your website?

At this time, all gift card purchases must be in-store only.

 


I already placed my order. How do I change or cancel it?

Please contact the store at 919-876-6610 to discuss your order; we may be able to assist you. Please have your order number ready.

To find your order number:

  • Visit Your Previous Orders (here)
  • See the order invoice as sent to the email account associated with your account
  • Note: email invoices will not be sent to customers who have turned off this option in settings
  • Alternatively, contact the store at 919-876-6610 or email wd.orders@jerrysartarama.com


I already placed my order, but I did not receive an email confirmation or order invoice.

It's possible email invoices were turned off in your account by accident or otherwise.

To turn email invoices back on:

  1. Visit Your Account page (here)
  2. Select “Yes” next to “Email order confirmations”
  3. Click “Confirm”


How do I view my order history?

To view your order history:

  1. Click "Your Orders" from the top menu (here)
